‘Laverne & Shirley’ actress Penny Marshall’s swank NYC home asks $3.9M

An Upper West Side penthouse once owned by actress, director and producer Penny Marshall — best known for starring in “Laverne & Shirley,” and directing films like “Big” and “A League of Their Own” — is on the market asking $3.9 million.

Marshall, who was born in the Bronx, bought the two-bedroom, two-bathroom co-op, at 470 West End Ave., in the early 1980s and sold it in 2017. She died the following year, at age 75.

The 1,800-square-foot unit features a stunning 1,050-square-foot corner wrap-around terrace with skyline and Hudson River views.

The home features beamed ceilings, original moldings, hardwood floors and lots of light.

There’s a windowed, eat-in chef’s kitchen with a vintage tin ceiling, a great room with a wood-burning fireplace, along with a butler’s pantry and laundry area.
